132 ( +1 | -1 ) Subject: FORUM game #3 (FG#3) Continuedx3...Looks like I made the last post: The current board position is: -> img.photobucket.com
In reply to ccmcacollister on how to make the image like above: It's not too difficult to do, though it may take a short while the first time (it takes less than a minute once you are used to the order): 1. Set up the position on the analysis board 2. Press 'Print Screen' (its usually somewhere above the delete key) 3. Open Paint (or something better if you have it) 4. Paste the image (Ctrl+V or from the 'edit>paste' in the drop down menu') 5. Crop the image using the correct tool (usually designated by a dotted box - just drag a square around the board part of the image and then cut or copy it (Ctrl+C or X) 6. Paste it into a new image (or paste as new image if you are using a better program than Paint) 7. Save as a JPEG 8. Upload it to a picture hosting site: I use -> www.photobucket.com 9. Paste the link that the site provides into the forum and voila!
It sounds like a lot but it really is quite a simple process when you are used to it and #1 will probably take more time than #2-#9! If any of that is not clear then feel free to ask! :)

44 ( +1 | -1 ) I did think......that Black might have fought on a little longer. I have an idea that Black's 21...f6 wasn't quite right. I thought when I saw the move that we had more than a glimmer of hope, and so it transpired. But the really dire slip was 31...Kf7. A 'fingerfehler' or an oversight? On the other hand we did slip up badly when we had a promising attack in the offing... Interesting game, not least because of its errors. Thanks, guys! Cheers, Ion
